5. OTHER PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

LIV STUDENT will process the data provided through the contact form, in order to deal with the contact request.
- Legal basis: The legal basis that legitimates the treatment, is the consent of the user expressed at the time of sending your request for contact.
- Retention period: The data will be processed for the time necessary to resolve the user’s request for contact. Subsequently, they will be blocked and kept for 3 years in order to deal with any possible liabilities arising from the processing.
The form includes a box to accept commercial communications as indicated in point 6 “SENDING OF COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS”.
You may withdraw your consent and exercise your rights at any time, as indicated in the section on data subjects’ rights in this Privacy Policy.

LIV STUDENT will process the data provided through the registration form, in order to manage the user’s registration and access to the website.
- Legal basis: The legal basis that legitimates the treatment is the need to manage the registration and access to the website.
- Retention period: The data will be processed for this purpose indefinitely in time until the user decides to unsubscribe from the website or by exercising their right of opposition or deletion.

6. SENDING OF COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS
When you tick the corresponding box below the contact form LIV STUDENT may send commercial or advertising communications relating to services, products, news or events organized by LIV STUDENT that may be of interest. Likewise, the user is informed that the commercial communications requested by the user may be sent by any means, including electronic: e-mail, sms or using instant messaging platforms such as WhatsApp. LIV STUDENT will be able to verify the reception and reading of communications sent by email. In this sense, the emails sent will include links and tiny, transparent images that will be associated with your email address. When you make a reservation / contract our services your data will be included in the LIV STUDENT file in order to manage your request and to be able to centralise administrative and IT processes.
Legal basis: The legal basis legitimising the processing of the Data is the need to manage the pre-contractual relationship and/or execute the agreement.
Retention period: The Data will be retained for the duration of this agreement and, thereafter, for the legally enforceable period to meet possible contractual liabilities.
Interested parties have the rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition, portability and complaint as indicated in section 4 of this policy.
8. WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA?
The data may be shared with other companies in our group when it is necessary to properly manage the relationship with the residents, in the event of transfers or when the user requests information on other student residences managed by our group identified on this WEBSITE. The legal basis that legitimises the communication of this data is the need to carry out the contracted services and/or the consent included in the request of the interested party.
Except for this communication or when we are obliged to do so by current legislation, LIV STUDENT will not provide the information to any third party.
