If online booking is not your thing or if you have any doubts, contact us by phone or email indicating your preferences (for example, if you want to live with your friends), and we will do our best to make your wishes come true. At LIV Student we like to give you that personal touch.

Of course you can! When you start booking online, or while we are booking over the phone, we will generate an accommodation contract which will include all the details.

Yes, as our name suggests, our residents must be students. Therefore, all residents must be in full-time or part-time education and be able to prove it.

Of course you can! Just give us a call, or tell us the names of your friends when you book, and we’ll do everything we can to make it possible for you to live together.

We want all our residents to live with like-minded people, so if you book as an individual resident with no preference for living with friends, we will do our best to place you in a room close to other residents from your university and/or course.

We have a limited number of places for short-term contracts. Call us to find out about your particular situation so that we can offer you a contract tailored to your needs.

At LIV Student EVERYONE IS WELCOME, and that is why our facilities are adapted so that everyone can enjoy the LIV Student experience. If you have any kind of medical requirement or disability, please call us so that we can assign you a room that suits your needs.

We offer different payment options, because we know that everyone’s situation is different. You can pay monthly or as a one-off payment in advance, whichever you prefer. Your accommodation contract will indicate the payment dates, and you can also check them in your LIV Student user account. Our team is at your disposal if you have any doubts about which option to choose.

It can happen to everyone; we understand. Your scholarship or income may be delayed, or something else may come up and interfere with paying your fees on time. Talk to the LIV Student team in your accommodation and explain your situation so we can help you.

All the deposits of our residents are deposited in the corresponding bank and are returned at the end of your stay with us. In the event of non-payment or damage to your room (as well as to the shared living room/kitchen in the case of shared flats) we will deduct the non-payment or repairs from the deposit, so it is important that you use your room and the rest of the facilities responsibly.

We are sorry, but we do not allow pets. Not even that cute little fish in your tank.

However, assistance dogs are welcome. Please ask our team if you have any questions.
