Booking a room with us is very easy:

If online booking is not your thing or if you have any questions, contact us by phone, by WhatsApp +34 682 213666 or by email granada@livstudent.com and let us know your preferences (e.g. if you want to live with your friends), and we will do our best to make your wishes come true. At LIV Student we like to give you that personal touch.

Can I read the accommodation contract before booking?

Of course! When you start your booking online, or while we are making your booking over the phone, we will generate an accommodation contract which will include all the details. Once you have read this accommodation contract in full, we will ask you to fill it in with your details.

Do I have to be a student to stay at LIV Student?

Yes, as our name suggests, our residents must be students. Therefore, all residents must be in full-time or part-time education and be able to prove it.

Can I live with my friends?

Of course you can! Just give us a call, or tell us the name of your friends during the booking process, and we will do our best to make sure you can live together.

We want all our residents to live with like-minded people, so if you book as an individual resident with no preference for living with friends, we will do our best to place you in a room close to other residents from your university and/or course.

Can I sign a contract for less than one academic year?

We have a limited number of places available for short-term contracts. Call us to find out about your particular situation so we can offer you a tailor-made contract.

Are there different payment methods?

We offer different payment options, because we know that everyone’s situation is different. You can pay monthly or as a one-off payment in advance with a significant discount, whichever you prefer. Your accommodation contract will indicate the payment dates, and you can also check them in your LIV Student user account. Our team is at your disposal if you have any doubts about which option to choose.

I've had an unforeseen event and I don't know if I'm going to be able to pay an instalment on time - what can I do?

It can happen to all of us; we understand. Your scholarship or income may be delayed, or any other unforeseen event may arise and interfere with paying the fee on time. DON’T PANIC!

Speak to the LIV Student team at your residence and explain your situation so that we can help you. We may be able to delay the payment date or consider other options. Just keep us updated so we can help you.

All of our residents’ deposits are paid in to a bank account and are subsequently returned at the end of your stay with us. In the event of non-payment or damage to your room (as well as to the shared living room/kitchen in the case of shared flats), we will deduct the non-payment or repairs from the deposit, so it is important that you use your room and the rest of the facilities responsibly.

PERSONAL: LIV Student offers customized amenities, spaces and support that make personal time, space and growth more meaningful for every resident and foster lasting relationships of every type.

INTELLECTUAL: From midterms and graduation prep to professional goals and future positions, LIV Student co-curates spaces, programming and, ultimately, entire student communities that facilitate learning, leading and everything in between.

RECRIATIONAL: Fun means something different to everyone, so LIV Student offers a wide range of activities and amenities that give residents the freedom and flexibility to dial life up – or down.

INSPIRATIONAL: Honing strong leadership skills now, sets up for future success – so whether opportunities lie on or off campus, LIV Student provides the opportunities residents need to think bigger, act faster and chase their passions with purpose.

THOUGHTFUL: We all have a responsibility to make a positive impact on our community and our planet, which is why LIV Student continually develops initiatives that encourage – and challenge – residents to promote change environmentally, socially and economically. –
