In the case of Residents who decide to renew their stay, it will be necessary to sign a new Contract. The deposit paid at the time will be applied in full to the new Contract once the current one has expired, and will not be refunded. The deposit in these cases must be a minimum of 600€, so if this minimum is not reached, the rest will be paid together with the first monthly payment (one month before entering the Residence).

To pay the deposit you must make a bank transfer to the following VStudent account:

If we do not receive the proof of payment of the Deposit and the Contract duly completed and within the aforementioned period, there is no guarantee that the Resident will have a place in the Residence Hall and this Reservation Application may be automatically cancelled and without any effect whatsoever.

When is the Deposit returned?

  • If before 1 August 2022 you have not obtained a place at the University of Granada or at a study centre in Granada for academic reasons. In this case it is necessary that you send us by email one of the following documents: (i) grade NOT APPROVED for having failed the Bachillerato or the EVAU, (or similar foreign documents); (ii) the letter of non-admission to the University of Granada or the centre of studies in Granada selected; and (iii) the results sheet of the allocation of places (university pre-enrolment).
