One of the reasons why young people prefer to live in a student residence are the amenities. In this type of accommodation, they find everything they need to rest, stay focused on their studies and even have fun.

At LIV Student, our motivation is to make life easier and more enjoyable for university students. That’s why we offer them an enriching experience full of learning and good times.

To achieve this, our residents have the following amenities at their disposal:

1. Comfortable rooms

All our rooms are equipped with queen size beds, blinds for total darkness and private bathrooms to make you feel at home. We also include a full-length mirror, plenty of storage space for your belongings and a space designed for study.

This space has a comfortable chair, desk and corkboard for notes. In addition, if you are one of those who prefer to prepare your own meals, you will find some options that include a fully equipped kitchen: *(may vary depending on the residence)

  • Induction or vitro-ceramic hob
  • Sink
  • Microwave
  • Refrigerator
  • Oven

We invite you to get to know the different accommodation options we offer and choose the one that is most convenient for you.

2. Common areas

The common areas are one of the things you will only find in a student residence. At LIV Student, as well as having a comfortable room, you will have access to common areas designed for relaxation and entertainment.

These include the games room where you can have fun with your fellow students in the building, the multimedia room which is ideal for watching films and the lounge, a perfect meeting place for chatting.

You will also find cooler facilities such as the swimming pool, the roof terrace or the karaoke room. These are residents’ favourite spaces on Fridays and weekends, helping them to unwind after a tiring week.

You’ll even have access to a gym and yoga room to work out whenever you want.

3. Meal regime

Not all university students have time to cook. Especially when they start their studies and are a bit overwhelmed with all the changes they are experiencing, or when they are going through exam season and their free time is reduced to a minimum.

In fact, it is common for them to eat poorly from time to time. In this sense, the good thing about living in a student residence is that they have a meal plan. At LIV Student, we offer half board which includes:

  • Breakfast
  • Lunch or dinner from Monday to Friday
  • Dinner on Sunday

And full board which includes:

  • Breakfast
  • Lunch and dinner Monday to Friday
  • Brunch on Saturday
  • Sunday dinner

This way, residents have to worry less about cooking and even save more money than they would spend buying food outside.

4. Room cleaning

Just like cooking, cleaning is a time-consuming task. It is also not something that everyone likes to do. That’s why, at LIV Student, we take care of the cleaning of the rooms.

This service is offered on a regular basis so that residents always have a clean room in good condition. At the same time, we take care of changing the towels and sheets so that, when they come home from classes, they find a renewed room.

5. 24/7 concierge service

At LIV Student residences, residents are never alone in the building. They have a concierge service available 24 hours a day, every day. Therefore, if any emergency or eventuality arises, they can call the front desk to reach the concierge regardless of the time of day.

6. Supplies included

Unlike other accommodation, in the student residences, there is no need to pay extra fees for utilities or supplies. Electricity, water and heating are included in the resident’s monthly fee.

Therefore, you don’t have to worry about bills arriving and how to pay them. In exchange for a one-off fee, all utilities will be included.

7. Laundry

A common annoyance for students renting private rooms is having to find a launderette to do their laundry. At LIV Student, we provide a laundry room for you to do your laundry without leaving the building.

This makes moving clothes around much easier. It is also more convenient and comfortable, as you can set a timer and go up to your room until the alarm alerts you that the laundry is done.

In other words, you won’t have to spend all that time waiting in the laundry room. You could even go upstairs to do homework or anything else while your clothes are being washed.

The amenities offered by student residences are the reason why more and more university students prefer them. Just imagine: an easier life and everything you need at your fingertips.
